These Terms of Service govern your use of the TerraLine Outdoor Services website and the relationship between you (a visitor, prospective client, or active client) and TerraLine Outdoor Services LLC. By using this site or requesting a consultation, you agree to these terms.

01 About TerraLine

TerraLine Outdoor Services LLC is a Wisconsin-based business providing residential landscaping, hardscaping, and snow management services in Washington County and Ozaukee County. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean TerraLine. References to "you" and "your" mean the person or household using our website or services.

02 Use of the Website

You may use our website to learn about our services, view examples of work, and submit a consultation request. By using the site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information on any forms you submit.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes related to inquiring about, scheduling, or managing services with TerraLine.
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the operation of the website or any related systems.

03 Consultations and Estimates

Initial consultations are free of charge and carry no obligation on either side. During the consultation, we will walk the property, listen to your vision, and gather the information needed to prepare a written estimate or 3D render where applicable.

Estimates and renders are provided as a good-faith guide based on the information available at the time. Final project pricing may be adjusted if material costs, site conditions, or project scope change. Any such changes will be discussed with you before work proceeds.

04 Service Agreements

Any paid work performed by TerraLine is governed by a separate written agreement between TerraLine and the client. That agreement will cover the specific scope of work, materials, timeline, payment terms, and any project-specific conditions. These Terms of Service do not replace or override the terms of an individual service agreement.

05 Property Access and Conditions

To perform work on your property, we will need reasonable access to the project area during agreed-upon working hours. You agree to:

• Disclose any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other site conditions that could affect the work.
• Provide access to water and power as reasonably needed during the project.
• Keep pets and other obstructions away from the active work area for safety.

TerraLine is not responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked underground utilities, lines, or features.

06 Workmanship and Materials

TerraLine takes pride in the quality of its work and the materials it sources. Specific warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer (such as paver and retaining wall block manufacturers) and pass through to you. TerraLine's workmanship warranty, if any, will be set out in your service agreement.

Natural materials such as stone, mulch, soil, and plants may vary in color, size, and texture from photographs or samples. Some settling, weathering, and seasonal changes are normal and expected.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TerraLine's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. TerraLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Wisconsin law.

08 Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, design, photography, illustrations, and the TerraLine name and logo, is owned by TerraLine Outdoor Services LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

09 Third-Party Suppliers and Subcontractors

From time to time, TerraLine works with trusted material suppliers (such as Unique Supply and PMF West Bend) and may engage qualified subcontractors for specialized portions of a project. TerraLine remains your primary point of contact and stands behind the overall quality of the work.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when changes have been made. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County or Ozaukee County, Wisconsin.

12 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
